I changed my internal wiring and the BT engineer changed the junction box connecting my 2 lines to one line going to 2 sockets from an ancient old nasty one to a new white one using some gel crimps I have never seen before. The speed did seem to stabilise but quite low about 16/4. Another engineer visited and disconnected the internal wiring and found the same errors on the external side. Apparently it was fixed but my IP profile has not been reset it is:
