BT Retail and BT Business are separate arms and cannot see each other's accounts.

I have Business Infinity (in the company name) delivered over a residential line (in my name) and all BT Business can see is the phone number but no account details and apart from me telling them they do not know who my residential line is with.

nope "Ringback" is when you call a number and its engaged and you press 5 waite for the message " your ringback has been accepted" then hang up and the system keeps trying the number for you. 1571 then 0 is called call return i think if i rember rightly however both are chargeable options.

Ah OK! A Calling Feature that you pay monthly for in the 1st place; I never use them.

I think 1571 is free, just like 1471. No monthly charge.

The only charge is for calling the number by pressing the call-back key rather than dialling it yourself, plus the normal call charge if any.

Which in terms of BT resource usage is stupid. Unless you know the number, you have to write it down by listening to the message, which may mean 3-4 attempts at either 1471 or 1571.

you can have it as a single charge product or as part of a pack in wioch you recieve no charges for using ringback. Yes 1471 and 1571 are both free of charge just dont use the call retunr feature as this is when you get charged
