Probably BT, as he has a HH2 (his first reply).

Yes, I know about the target SNRM resetting, (you got it done for me several years ago), but since the line reset was introduced as far as I can see all ISPs call it an SNR reset, hence my use of the term.

Explaining the detail of a simple SNRM reset to the OP would have been complicated, and in my opinion almost certainly pointless, as he just wouldn't be able to achieve it.

Thankyou all for all your help and advice and yes BT internet for the home wink, What would be my next step then? shall I call BT and get them to do an SNR reset, is that what it's called?

Or should I call and say it should be quicker?

Request a target noise margin reset, or if a blank response way SNR Reset.

You could just sit it out and let the automated systems do their work
