Got an anto responder receipt from BT complaints. My email appears to have been deactivated.
Apart from that, no actual response to any of my contacts and no acknowledgement from BT.
Basically, rubbish from start to finish.
I have been there. I got my service terminated years ago. After that happened the BT Yahoo assistants stopped responding to any emails but they kept charging me every month even though I no longer had access to the service. Even the bank contacted them numerous times to stop it. They still ignored the letters/phone calls from the bank. The only way it stopped was to get a new card.
