Believe me, I tried to do it myself; numerous attempts to change the service passwords (account login, web, PPP login) from their initial defaults resulted in authentication errors that left me questioning my ability to type. Eventually I searched for the error on the support forums and found that it had been seen before, with "call support" as the only course of action. A very pleasant support person seemed to be aware of the problem and happily entered the long string of seemingly random characters I gave.

Which reminds, me, it's about time that I tried another change.
