The sales staff aren't aware of any other companies offering FTTC either.I get calls from their sales team every now and then, trying to tell me how good Infinity is and why I should switch to fibre. Some seem to understand when I say I already have it (through another ISP) but some seem really confused. None of them listen to my request that I be taken off the list of people who are happy to take sales calls...
I had a spate of calls from BT sales, all in a matter of weeks, a few days apart. I complained through the BT web site and received the following email response from BT;
�Thanks for your e-mail
I am sorry that you are getting unwanted marketing calls from BT. I have updated our marketing list and this can take up to 28 days so if you get any marketing in between please disregard. Also you can register your details on the Telephone Preference Scheme this will stop any other UK companies calling you about various products. The website is www.tpsonline.org.uk
