just checked on BTs site to see what speed upgrade id get & its saying
59.0Mb download
20.0Mb upload i went for the upgrade yesterday online but im sure it said i would have to renew my contract for another 18 months, can someone confirm if this is correct please or am i wrong.

That's right, you have to start a new contract.

ok thanks for that, i dont mind that as its a very stable connection & if im geting another 20meg on my download for free thats fine, just have to wait for the upgrade now.

Full speed

thats good at moment i get 38 meg but i was a little confused when new speed said it would only be 58meg, thought i would get full speed as well as im nearly geting full speed now.

My email said that too. I requested the upgrade Thursday afternoon, still waiting.
The website order tracker shows "in progress" with due date tomorrow.
Just had to reset the HH3 yet again due to download speed drop to 3.5 - I wish they could fix that issue! Wonder if the drop will be to 7 when the normal speed doubles?
