Banging on about speedtest again

I've posted a query with bt as to why their test keeps insisting that I have other bt products (e.g. vision) which I haven't and have never had. Then it asks if I want further tests on them.

I look forward to their reply, but is it possible that some such glitch on their setup could affect the bb speeds achieved?.

I get that but just ignore it as a glitch.
Is it something to be concerned about?
