On te downstream yes, but your upstream sync is greater than max attainable.

Yes, I noticed that. More Huawei strangeness.

It might be that the max attainable calculation is wrong

The attainable rate also varies 24/7 Andrew, particularly the upstream.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,website and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 541/15.2Mbps @ 600m. - BQM

If the attainable is worked out from bin loading, then as noise varies over time I am not surprised
