The packet loss is on and off for me to be honest, it's been fine all day today basically apart from a couple of times where it shows on the graph.

Had an email back from Ed this morning.

"Our suppliers found some issues on the core network. This needed some equipment to be replaced and the traffic across the network was split into two routes.

Have you seen any improvement in performance?"

So, has anyone seen any improvement? I've personally not had the packet loss as high as I have (30%). But I'm seeing packet loss throughout the day now recently on average around 4% packet loss, which is noticeable. This peaking up to 10 or 20 at times...

Hi

I'm using BQM (http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping)

Mine: http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping/share/87490f12bca...

You can see the packet loss at the top, the red marks.

How do you know it's not just TBB that has the problem - do you have a second source?

I'm using f8lure as well, and I can feel the packet loss while surfing, gaming, downloading.

When I had the 30% I was waiting 20 second for pages to load, couldn't connect to servers because of it the majority of the time. This problem is network wide, as you will see even BT can see that. You think they would replace hardware just for me because I had packet loss just to ThinkBroadband?

The problem exists, I don't see why you are questioning it either..

Because I'm seeing it on TBB but not on F8lure.

Lots of BQM so you can see if its anything to do with us. Problems with us should show across a wide number of the graphs

There's only 2 BT Infinity graphs - hardly "lots", and they are both "Edinburgh Gateway".

Probably because BQM doesn't support dynamic IP which you get with Infinity.
