Two is enough to show if the issue is with the route in from BT though?
And the others from other providers show it is not the pingbox with an issue.

That was the purpose of the link, i.e. show there is not a generic problem with our end.

What is BT Infinity under in the graph section? (When you set yours up, I couldn't find it under any).

The packet loss is pretty high tonight, one of the worst nights in a couple of days.

Not showing any here, but I've just started a large upload.

Sunday was the worst yet [1], yesterday there was a big spike of packet loss at 10AM, suggesting that's when they changed the kit, followed by the best evening for a while [2] difficult to tell amongst my usage but it was easy to see the improvement by comparing with the Edinburgh Gateway because it mirrors the packet loss and latency rise, tonight it's just about there [3].

From here at least it seems they are ontop of it, it will only get better now for anyone else still effected I recon. Thanks for reporting back.

mine was reduced, but there was spots of it and the latency still had some variation suggesting whatever is wrong still exists, just not so severe.

BT gateway

smokeping actually looked much worse, from germany base latency of 30ms up to all over the place around 70ms with a peak packetloss of 4.62%.

Will setup today more smokeping graphs from .uk .nl and .us.

BT Infinity 2 Since Dec 2012 - Estimate 65.9/20 - Attainable peak 110/36 - Current Sync 71/20

Lots of BQM so you can see if its anything to do with us. Problems with us should show across a wide number of the graphs
There's only 2 BT Infinity graphs - hardly "lots", and they are both "Edinburgh Gateway".

Probably because BQM doesn't support dynamic IP which you get with Infinity.

Yep, I do try and add as many as I can, but they usually die with IP changes within a couple of days, ill add the couple posted on this thread and if anyone has any more live FTTC graphs ill be more than happy to add those as well

So it's just those small spikes of 3-4% then?
