Still looking much better here in the evening, and packet loss on the bqm is reduced or gone when maxing the connection at any time of the day.

Agreed, you can see no packet loss when maxing my connection yesterday.

http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping/share/11fe1afb5b4...

You can see it from 10pm - 12am, streaming 1080p @ 60FPS

No packet loss basically just the normal 1% you get, though I did jinx it earlier on in the day!

Changed my modem over to unlocked one this morning, all stats are basically at target. Bar the down SNR at 6.3 but it's close enough.

Plenty of packet loss between 1-4 pm though.

I see it was happening at the same time you were saying it was fixed e.g. http://forums.thinkbroadband.com/bt/t/4221099-pakcet...
So the question is, is it fixed?

I never claimed it was "Fixed" I said it was looking good, if you read another post it said we will whether or not if it's fixed by Monday.

So the jury's still out on whether it's been fixed or not.

tons of 100% loss on that graph (do you turn modem off a lot?) and 1% isnt normal.

although this is looking better.

Things look improved but I am not convinced its been fixed yet, we need more time.

2 out of the last 3 days I see latency still affected on the tbb graph, the 3rd was also some packet loss, but much less than previous days before he said was fixed.

The 100% is when the PC is turned off as stated before, today has been ok compared to the original packet loss of 20/30%.

2/3% on the TBB graph on places but it's normally around 5 - 10% so it isn't all bad.

http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping/share/c7f5b1d2446...

It always seems to re-appear at certain times for me, which are 2pm - 6pm. The highest normally being around 4pm then later on in the day between 8pm - 12am.

Have you noticed a pattern when you get the packet loss (time wise)?

My latency is higher because my speed is 1/3 of what you have. Which is normally 26Mbps but some tests by Wholesale dropped it to 25.8 Sync then this morning when I changed the modem to an unlocked version. Probably doesn't help I'm pinging by PC as well...
