Post a traceroute to the BBC and I'll point it out.

No thanks, I just wanted to confirm that your graph was total smack and that you didn't have the IP of my gateway.

You are just making yourself look like an idiot... there are plenty of my tracerts on the Internet. So be quick and you might be able to post my Gateway and try make me believe that is what that graph is.

On top of that If one persons connection was being affected it wouldn't even show as packet loss on the gateway due to the amount of people who are connected to my exchange and use the gateway.

Btw I know it ain't my computer as I monitored my connection between me and the hub for packet loss to remove that from the equation. So you're just making yourself look like an idiot, I will happily start it again to make you look more like an idiot.

You have to be ratty, it's comedy!

Turns to insult when can't provide evidence, cute bunny.

Also not really, but I would happily bet you get called an idiot very often.

Edit: I don't know a lot so therefore I am an idiot but I know a lot more than the average user such as yourself.

ok so we clear, the issue posted in this thread wasnt 2pm to 6pm it was in the evenings, it seems it is common for people to read packetloss or whatever and jump in assuming is the same problem. Like eg. someone confused it also with plusnet problems as well.

The pattern is shown in all the graphs I have posted, very light packet loss in mid evening, accompanied by slight increase in peak latency, although I have yet to experience packet loss on anything I use, its only visible on tbb graphs (and the smokeping graph I did).

I can see the issue is back tonight, its just less severe now, for a much shorter period of time than last week.

BT Infinity 2 Since Dec 2012 - Estimate 65.9/20 - Attainable peak 110/36 - Current Sync 71/20

At the lower levels I agree, when it goes over 5% It does affect streaming from twitch.tv. When I had the higher packet loss I had problems to the majority of sites and connecting to speedtest servers failed or the throughput was just awfully bad because of the packet loss.

Hi, yeah.

Got around 2/3% packetloss tonight so it is getting better.

I had a reply from Ed today, Wholesale are now stating they can no longer see packet loss on the core of the Network now. Ed is going to change the profiling system from the 80/20 to 40/10 as I only get 26/5 anyway to see If it helps. Though If I lose speed due to this I will request it to be put back, as the packet loss issue isn't my side. I shouldn't have to suffer from a fault there side.

If that doesn't help an engineer is going to be sent out, he Is going to phone me tomorrow or on Wednesday to check on it again.
