Whatever they did to fix it initially it seems like they have reversed it.
Do all gateways respond to ICMP or am I setting the BQM up wrong because it just shows 100% packet loss when I setup a BQM on my gateway IP, that being the first one after my router on a tracert.

Thanks for the help but I'm trying to setup a BQM on my Gateway IP, not my WAN IP.

Hai Guys,
I had a phone call off Ed this morning, BT are now stating that the core network is clear it is likely to be present on the local loop. An engineer has been booked for Tuesday the 26th between 8 & 1.
I'm pretty certain that it will not be resolved and will go into a deadlock matter. It's a shame they cannot fix a problem to a reasonable time scale.
Will post updates If I get anymore before Tuesday.

Maybe if you post the IP address of the gateway?

Hai Guys,

For the 100th time BatBoy my PC has already been removed as the issue, Ed knows this. This was the first route I took on my own to check, then when contacting Ed agreed it wasn't the problem.
Also, it isn't just my PC that is effected, it's all the people on my network.
