The DLM still monitors and adjusts your upload speed, I don't know why they have the 20Mbps IP Profile. Maybe to reduce complaints? Maybe the sync speed doesn't set the IP profile like on download, so putting the IP profile to 20Mbps allows it to sync at the MSR.

Also, do you have a HomeHub3B version? It seems to be very common on the 3B to see it stuck on 8/9... obviously you've fixed it but I know people who have had no luck restarting the PPPoE connection.

Yup, it's an HH3B. Did the directed PPPOE to verify the true upspeed and it turned out a simple restart of the HH sorted it (so perhaps it was the Openreach box that need a kick, since swapping around generated a new IP address).
