Thanks guys, I think at this point all I can do is wait for the mods to reply to my form, tomorrow it will be a week since I renewed (and a week since I first contacted the 'mods') and BT 'upgraded' my account, my router just rebooted but everything is still the same frown

I really wish I had stayed as I was, everything worked fine before this 'upgrade'

BT Wholesale have run tests and think there is a fault in the exchange which is going to be looked at on Friday/Saturday, with follow up call's from BT on both Saturday & Monday to see where we are.

Well I'm not happy at all, after being told the exchange would be looked at by close of play yesterday, and waiting in for a phone call this morning I'm now told that BT Wholesale is 'very busy' and now cannot even look at the problem ih the exchange until next Thursday (2nd May !!!)

The lady on the phone was very apologetic but I really think this is unacceptable, add to this fact that BT Vision was 'upgraded' this week and has left me a long paying member with a now inferior box (removal of 1080i because my box is 'too old' & non working ESPN) and I feel that I've been badly let down.

How on earth can BT be too busy to visit their own exchange ???

I'm extremely angry and disapointed.

Maybe the job did get done yesterday as expected? It would be interesting to know what your own router reports now.

Fifteen error seconds in under ten minutes doesn't look healthy to me.

That settles that question then. Rather emphatically!

Have you tried a factory reset on the Home Hub? Possibly a couple. That seems to cure all sorts of HH problems.

If it doesn't, tell them the hub is the issue, and how you know, and you need a replacement.
