For the last week or so I have had my internet stop working and disconnecting. Now it's staying on but the speed is terrible. I am on the Unlimited package and in contract or I would be leaving!!! I have just done a speedtest on this site and it's terrible.
We have tested the speed of the connection and have recorded an average download speed of:
0.16 Mbps
I have done a fault test on BT and it says my line is fine. I am currently connected to the test socket and not making a difference. I don't know if it's a problem with my socket somewhere, phone line or broadband itself. I have bought new wires and filter and not made a difference. Tried connecting wirelessly and via ethernet cable and nothing makes a difference. Not sure what else to do but it's virtually impossible to do anything online and every page take forever to load
