I see this: http://oi40.tinypic.com/2rmlhxj.jpg

The only option it gives is to go to http://home.bt.com/

Edit: I use Firefox, when I tried IE it took me to BT Yahoo. So it looks like different browsers see different things.

Oliver.

The trial I'm working on is based on the idea of what would someone new to the service want/expect. This involves

Send and receive email -
Set up folders
Add and manage contacts
Create events and calendars
Personalise everything on settings
Create new mailboxes for yourself or give them away to friends and family.
Access email directly through your preferred email programme like Outlook , Thunderbird or Apple Mail, either on your laptop or Smartphone follow your email programmes instructions or visit www.bt.com/help if you need help.

The basic idea of the trial is to see if a new customer would get p****d of if the above doesn't work.

I think I could tell them the answer to that even without a trial. wink

Actually I've found out that there's not been to many issues (a couple just down to me not fully reading an email - idiot). Just a couple of issues using some wifi connections in actually getting to the webpage

Good to know. Perhaps now they will roll it out before 2015.

I can't see how to stay logged in if I navigate away from the BT mail page. With Yahoo, it just prompted me to re-enter my password, but if I use the BT page I seem to have to enter everything again.

Yeah, the Email link on bt.com seems not to check if you are already logged in.

I suppose the best advice is to bookmark and use https://uk-mg-bt.mail.yahoo.com/neo/launch until it stops working.

It's still log in via the bt/yahoo website. The link via the BT website/account isn't live yet. This is what I'm testing

Nope. When I do that I'm told I have to log in via bt.com. All attempts to use the BTYahoo page are re-directed to bt.com. And the email link on the bt.com page certainly is live - I've used it three times today!
