Re:Advise to have Bt reset my profile

I've finally managed to speak to someone for another hour, perform several more resets just for the fun of it. They're now sending someone out to look into the problem.

My worry is, these broadband boost engineers will just check my master socket and do nothing else? I've had it checked out, even tested the speed at the point of entry into the house via the loft. So if that's all they're going to of then nothing will change.

Hopefully they can check some other things. If anyone has any advice then would appreciate hearing it.

Many thanks

The Openreach visitor should have some idea of the line length to the cabinet and it might be that is all you can expect.

Or there is some form of interference in your property or outside that is killing the speed?
