As a user of the HH5 I'd concur as my experience has been good so far. Also, I've no doubt the HH5 provides diagnostic stats which will feed BT Retail support systems which (in theory) should help if you get problems.

Some people have HH5 with separate modem, so no chance of any background stats going back.

None of the HH's support being pinged, which is stupid, so my HH3 is in the loft, where its been for the last 18.5 months!
