Re: anyone transferred from Coms

Received 4 letters from BT yesterday, giving me details of the date and installation of Infinity2 and phone line. So far so good.
One letter mentioned that the hub would be delivered between 7am and 6pm but no mention of who will deliver it. Do you know ?
I phoned Coms helpline and informed them that I was leaving on the 12th. I logged into my Coms account and saw that a ticket had been raised stating that I was moving to BT(fiber). I re-opened the ticket and stated that I was leaving them on the 12th and would like a final invoice as soon as possible.

I got the HH4 (which I don't use anyway) by courier but I can't remember who now as it was last summer and while I still have it and the box in my storeroom it doesn't even have a label on it and I just signed his electronic pad when he called. It might have been DPD but don't quote me.

As to your ISP, they are all different, but once I had informed mine when I had actually left (I had already given them the required 30 days notice over and above asking for a MAC) I just got a pro rata bill for the last few days I was with them at the time I usually got my monthly bill.
