Yes you can, but those where FTTP on Demand is shown on the checker cannot and have to pay a higher price.

In short you got lucky by being one of the 100,000 where FTTP from Openreach was installed to within a few metres of your home ahead of you ordering it.

Got connected 3 days ago all seems good so far speeds seem great, 75MB Download 21MB Upload which is plenty and cant see any reason to upgrade to top package.

Native FTTP is available from BP Retail on 40/10, 80/20, 200/20 and 330/30. It is FTTPoD that is only available at 330/30. Of course you already know the difference so I will not explain that again.
