The MAC key being valid for up to 30 days before one presents it to the gaining provider but the actual date of the migration may be more than 30 days from the date the MAC was issued?
The important date is when the new ISP provides it to Openreach with a migration order. If for any reason you give it to the ISP on day 30 and they don't submit it to Openreach until day 31 then
Whoops!
Yes re the migration date can be later.
