BT pitched it various ways round, but basically they offered a £5 reduction a month retention deal for me (same as mentioned above).
It varies from day to day and representative to representative.
No offer to replace HH3 as part of the new contract; but actually the HH3 has been working well for me; I may even go on using it with Plusnet.

Also, the 40Mbps down, 20Mbps up offering from Plusnet suits me well; I'll lose a bit of download speed but it doesn't worry me that much.

So, off to Plusnet soon. Helped on my way by more generous cashback deals than seem to be available at the moment. And I know I'm not subsidising others who happen to like sport.
