He was on Sky, and is moving to BT.
What we don't know is when Sky took him onto their LLU from Be's is whether he stayed on SMPF, which Be line + broadband was, and customers were allowed to stay that way, or was conned as many were by Sky reps into accepting full LLU, MPF.
What I've been getting at in my earlier posts is that many BT support staff will be assuming MPF when he may be SMPF. The migration procedure is different.
