I have five BT executive team members of staff looking into this matter, from many head of departments from around the country. I think that in itself proves a point in that the company have far too many staff, and none of them making any sense does not help matters.
A very bizarre business set up if ever there was one.
What the staff are telling me is that as 5 mbps is a sufficient download speed and that fibre is overrated, thus I am just wasting my time in getting stressed out trying to acquire a better service.
It is for me the customer to decide such a matter, not someone completely unqualified shooting their mouth off and making me look stupid on the other end of the phone.
What I would say if I were the chief executive is to reorganise the whole structure of the business and fire all the PR/HR staff to save a fortune, and invest those savings on getting this so called fibre up and running that is fit for purpose for the majority and not the few and cut out all of the nonsense along the way.
