If your sync is dropping, then you probably have a fault and DLM is trying to stabilize your connection.

Appears to have gone up by about a meg overnight, but still down about 15 from when it was installed.

You really need an engineer visit to fix it., hope he comes...

Fix it, as in get it back to where it was when it was first installed (~35meg) or get it up to the 60-80 mark (which according to Saffy is unsupportable)?

Well I do not have the former, never crossed my mind to print them off.

There's obviously some sort of fault on your line, so I meant fix the fault and get your connection up to it's best speed.

As I recall, you have an external NTE. I don't know the current status of your wiring but with that sort of NTE, all the sockets indoors could be star-wired which would impact your connection and would need sorting out.

By sorting out, I mean one socket indoors should be the master socket and this is where your Infinity modem should be connected. All other sockets should then take their telephone feed from the filtered side of the master socket. The NTE outside should just be bypassed.

You should also print a copy of the estimated speeds and show that to the engineer
