Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 57.2/15.3Mbps @ 600m. - IPv4BQM IPv6BQM

Also reboot that HH5 so it can install the update:

Firmware version: Software version 4.7.5.1.83.8.204 (Type A) Last updated 21/01/15

Should be this version smile

EDIT: actually looks like you have a newer version of the hub...

He's got a Type B not a Type A. It's a different manufacturer.

It is a worry if they faff around with my line anymore, and my speed decreases any further!

Interestingly, I synced at around 2meg more after the changeover from 2 to 1.

That may be die to a DLM reset. You may see it drop a little more as the system monitors the line.
