My issue has been resolved, thankfully as requested someone further up the customer service chain called me back, and they've agreed to refund extra I have been paying and return it to £23 per month, even though they are adamant I renewed and agreed to the higher price. Whereas I'm adamant that I didn't. I might only be a few quid, but still.

Not sure what will happen with the upcoming price increase though....
