BT Customer Service - WTH!

I thought BT was leaning to make customer service better and decrease waiting times...

I've only witnessed them increasing...

Currently in queue on both phone and web chat...

Currently a 30 min wait on phones and 15 mins on web chat which seems to be getting longer every time I look!

If I wanted to spend the weekend in queues I would have just carried on paying a cheaper ISP and expect it.

I was thinking about switching to BT as quidco have a £110 cashback plus the £125 card from BT.

Now I am wondering if Sky might be the better bet!

I would recommend Sky they've been very good with the 2 connections I currently manage and I've had connections with in the past that have been managed well.

£235 reasons to give it a try! My daughter has just used this offer

Speak as you find, my experience of BT service has been good and the actual technology is working well in my case
