I've only witnessed them increasing...
Currently in queue on both phone and web chat...
Currently a 30 min wait on phones and 15 mins on web chat which seems to be getting longer every time I look!
If I wanted to spend the weekend in queues I would have just carried on paying a cheaper ISP and expect it.
