There's no WAN port by design on the FTTC model. Whether there is a way round it to configure, idk.

I think Port 4 can be used as a WAN port - not tested it though.

The Smart Hub's should definately come with the usual collection of leads and filter etc..

If I bought a new one, I would expect all leads etc to get it working.

What are you expecting, leads or not?

To be honest No I wasn't expecting to get leads as it's an existing customer offer.

But then I wouldn't use them anyway because they'll be rubbing flat cables and I prefer twisted cat5e.

Of course, BT could have taken the opportunity to upgrade to UTP RJ11 cables - yeah right.

But at least we know they can do an SNR reset now smile

Unless they just reset the config variables on the smart hub and then tell it to reboot, they can do that and that might change the sync speeds.
