If they "can" do that, its a good thing to know, I am still trying to get BT to push the live switch for the lines on our FTTP hardware that is already live for only 1 address 4 doors down, where we all keep being told that the hardware is not ready...

So maybe this along with not being able to reset the DLM is more of BT's lies that they like saying.

I'd still be inclined to say that CPs cannot do an SNR reset. They could escalate it to Openreach and request an SNR reset though.

In this case the ISP did a reset not the CP.
