Thank you Mr Saffron for the information and I have followed your instructions. I am a little confused as it says wifi inactive.
My smart hub is showing wifi active which it did not before and having spoken to BT they tell me my wifi is active but will switch off within 28 days. The reason that BT give for the fact that wifi is active is that when a new smart hub is installed this is the configuration that it will set up with despite my refusing this option when I signed up with BT, they however assure me that it will switch off within 28 days.
