Weird, because your connection is configured for the 80/20 package! You're certainly getting a "free" speed increase! It may be that your connection has been mistakenly configured instead of someone else! Whoops! tongue

It's quite obvious from the line stats that his line is configured for the 80/20 package, he doesn't need to go down that road...

From BTW Speedtest my IP Profile says 10 Mbps yet the upstream test result showed 12.8 Mbps.
The downstream IP Profile shows 58.2 Mbps and got a result of 47.34 Mbps.

Yes, it is obvious, because the DS and US rate are above 55 and 10 Mb!

Thanks BatBoy I will wink We�ll see how long it lasts though.
Do you know is this increase something controlled at the cabinet or at the exchange? I�m just wondering if our DSLAM is having a glitch or someone has actually physically done something for the change?

I wouldn't know, but my best estimate is that it's an order problem somewhere.
