No at present there is definitely the one line & one router - Plusnet were cancelled (old adsl) and BT activated FTTC on the line. The issue is the strange instruction for a new pair.
but if its not looked into then there will be two lines and two routers!

The engineer who got the instruction has just noted the records that there is already a line & has not installed another line! But the question was why there should have been an attempt to install another pair at the change over to Digital Voice?
