BT Smart Hub 2 Manager query

Good Morning,

I would be grateful if someone could help me with the BT Smarthub 2 Hub Manager.

From within the hub manager am I able to send SMS or email messages to any recipients?
Or is there a facility within the hub manager where I can send communication to other people?


And please could someone give me an overview or if possible an explanation of what can be done with the manager.


Unfortunately I'm unable to access the BT smarthub manager for 2 reasons, firstly the password key dropped off the back of the smarthub unit into the window sill cavity below. Due to the unit being in the window the passcode has faded from the sunlight. Hence why I cant sign in.

Any feedback or help would be greatly appreciated.

No and No to your questions.

As far as I’m aware there’s no way to recover the password. I think you’ll need to ask BT to replace the router.

The hub manager doesn't provide any facilities to send emails or SMS messages.

May sound far-fetched, but have you tried taking a photo of the label with your phone and then trying different filters on the image?

Do you still have the box?

There has, in the past, been an extra paper copy of the password and other data loose in the box. I have several BT Smart Hubs - residential and business with te extra copy.

Might I ask why you would want to do this very specific thing ? Your question sounds a little suspicious to me.
