dg834g version 3 no wirless

hello,my boss bought this modem for work,dg834g version 3 first few days worked great,the wireless was good too,now,all of a sudden,we come in to work,wireless is off,and even in the router home page the wirless setting option has disappeared?we upgraded firmware the lot,no joy,all ethernet ports work fine but wireless has vanished from the router homepage and its off permanantly on the router,anntenna seems fine,aint been dropped etc,anyone else have a problem where the wireless just goes awol?

Tried a factory reset?

Otherwise might be a duffer.

I don't know if the v3's are the same but earlier versions have a plug-in module inside which has been known to work lose. If there's no easy way in, though, it would probably invalidate the guarantee if you were to open it.

reset it the lot,no joy,last week,it went off like this for a short time,then back again,now off all together wirleless wise,but weirdest of all is the wireless settings in the router pages have gone as well,just basic adsl settings left,no wirless choices,its a dg834g,yet router says in homepage dg834,even though its had new firmware,and back to the origonal one

It's so new that i would just return it, you'll get an instant replacement
