NETGEAR DG834G RWIN

Can you alter the RWIN setting on the above router?

RWIN is specific to each computer connected to the router, the router runs Linux so doesn't have a setting but in any case you need to be setting it on the PCs.

Nope, you can only adjust the MTU on the DG834G. You can adjust the RWIN on your computer via DRTCP though.
