I'm using one attached to a port on an ethernet switch, with a PC, iMac and laptop all connected to other ports on the switch, thereby sharing the wireless link to the router, and it all works a treat.
IIRC, you don't need to login as such, but the factory default is for this box to have a static IP, and no WEP security set, so in this state it won't connect to a router unless it too has no security set up.
Logically, any PC connected to this box will also therefore have no link to the router at this stage -- so DHCP won't work and it probably won't have a usable IP to allow connection to the 7330 -- bit of a catch there unless using an unprotected router
I think I manually setup a PC with an IP of 192.168.2.220, then connected the 7330 to that PC, and just browsed to 192.168.2.225 (I think that was the default IP) to setup the WEP credentials and such like, which are then retained in NVRAM, so a power off doesn't lose them.
After power cycling the 7330, and resetting the PC to use DHCP - I believe Robert was my Mother's brother at that point
Belkin's support website may have other info if you still can't get it to work --
