I have a netgear DG834N Router which I want to retain as my front end ADSL Modem/Router/Wireless Router. I have just moved to BT total broadband and have got the Netgear running no problem and am seeing speeds already above 6mb.
As part of the package I also got the home hub and the hub phone.
What I would like to do is to run an Ethernet cable from the Home Hub to the Netgear and then use the Hub phone that way and at the same time extend my wireless network.
However the Netgear doesnt appear to recognise the Home Hub when i join them up. Does anyone know what network the Home Hub runs on and if changing the ip so it has a 192.168.0.xx address will screw the service in anyway?
