open dns resolver running on my computer and i am hooked up to a modem how can i fix this. Could someone help me please. step by step would be greatly appreciated thks

thks BUT already have that page but doesn't tell how to fix it step by step Looking for a step by step method or something straight forward It said on that page to see how to fix go to our forums so i did and tryed to search and nothing! that's why i am post in here...

Block incoming DNS (port 53) in your firewall.

thks BUT I downloaded fix tool and it said " the dns settings of your computer have not be manipulated by the dns changer" the test is still saying i am running an open resolver and my isp shutdown my internet because of it still don't know what to do...

i am in firewall advanced settings but can't find where any ports are or the port you suggested (port 53)

found port 53 and blocked it..... test is STILL saying I am running an open dns resolver...
