Choice of Router

I have a choice of ADSL routers, buying from a friend.
Netgear DG834Gv2 or ZyXEL 660HW-61 both are new.
Which should I go for?

The Netgear is widely used, often supplied by ISPs and very easy to set up. Some people don't like them, others swear they are good at holding marginal lines. What sort od price are you being asked to pay? You can pick them up for <
