Problems with my equipment

Last night, my Thomson Speedtouch 585 router was getting a downstream of 192kbps.

Today, it's not working at all (dsl light wont come on).

My old BT Voyager 2100 is working, but also only getting a rubbish downstream.

Suggestions as to the problem with the Thomson router please?

What are the connection speed, attenuation and noise margin figures with the Voyager? i.e. is it now a case of waiting for the IP Profile to improve, or has the line degraded
