Looks like their site is screwed re the product and its manual. Look at the main product page, the product specs, the "Learn more" tab, and associated products. Also click the link you give and just look at the section and Product heading for the v2.

Very confusing frown.

Is the op connected to ADSL or Virgin cable? Because the TP-Link TP-MR3420 is a is a broadband DSL/Cable router, yet in the user guide there is a diagram (2.3 Connecting the Router) with it connected to an ADSL/Cable Modem. With no, reference to ADSL in the user guide.
I agree it is all screwed up. crazy

ADSL is what the o/p is trying to connect to. It's a cable router with 3G support, which is how the op was originally using it I believe. Should just be a case of connecting a suitable modem and off it goes, seems this isn't happening as expected.
