Thanks got it working now. Still had trouble trying to log in again. It would not connect right away and no internet light on but is going now. So I can confirm, this modem works on PN fibre.

Is SRA or bitswap anything to worry about? SRA has a tick in the box.

Here is my line stats but weather it's like my ECI version, only time will tell. I can't compair with the ECI version, as it's locked.

Yes I did that. Well it works but not for long. I must have a faulty modem or maybe some setting are not quite right. It will stay connected for a few hours and then I get, no connetion/my internet is restricted in the task section. Same on both XP and windows 7. I can still log into the modem on win 7 but thats about it.

It could also be getting too hot and failing, like some of the old thompson routers used to.

Repair or renew IP does not work. Windows can't repair it. I may have to try and get an unlocked ECI version or the HG612 instead. I can use the HG610 for line stats only but no good as an always on modem.

Edit: I just wanted to say that, my web browsing seemed/felt much faster with the HG610 only. Less lag.
