Al1264 - noooo! I've not got it fixed yet & am desperate to get a sanitised working config - can you please help?

Will PM an old config that worked with the 6.30 firmware.

I have sanitised it so there is a bit of work to do here. Also it allowed me to upgrade each time. So once it was working on 6.30, I've been able to upgrade each firmware as normal.

Hi all, I have I have a Fritzbox 7490, I have recently got a youview box from Plusenet and cannot watch the extra channels, what do I need to do to sort this, is anybody able to send me a guide as have not done this before

I deleted it - I responded but then realised I had misread and you were asking about the 7490 rather than the 7390 - and I couldn't provide any help with the 7490.

I also have a 7390, though am set up with a separate router as i just couldn't manage to get the 7390 working with Plusnet. The modem is an ECI B Focus V2Fub. I assume this Openreach router (from Plusnet) supports multicast. Any idea on how i can get the router working with this? Are the changes required the same as previously detailed in this post? I'm getting the IPC6023 message.

I have been trying in vain to get my 7390 to work with BT channels. I have DSL disabled and have FTTP infinity 3 and although I have edited the config, still no luck.

Any ideas?

Hi all,

I know a few of you are still struggling, so I have a config file I used a back at firmware 6.30. So if you have the time, and want to do the boring copy and paste job, you *should* get everything working by using it. I did the update at 6.30 and I have updated firmware since, with no problems.

The thing is, I've not made this change with any other firmware than 6.30 and FBEditor 0.7.2.1. So if you attempt it in any other config, or version your are taking your routers life into your own hands! Fingers crossed you can make this work, I just don't want to be responsible for anyone that totally destroys their box. With that in mind, read the instructions carefully and remember this is all done at your risk and with no warranty implied or given.

For those that are still with me, PM me and I will send you the file.
