that's where the skill comes in, probably don't cover all of the packages. ISPs & packages as columns, features and parameters as rows or vice versa.

Might be easier to do it in a spreadsheet than a website in this instance.
Peculiarities, as I mentioned, are people like AAISP who seem intent on having the most granular and excessively complicated system in the history of ISPs. Everything is seemingly optional.

Google Doc FTTC
As a first effort. Hopefully it's actually viewable. Feel free to point out any errors. Selected only some 40/10mbit services and tried to fill it in as accurately as I could (eg, calculating VAT on prices where applicable)
Prices will be higher for the ISPs where there is no information for hardware cost.
