Home Hub 3 Problem?

Have had 'Broadband with fibre' installed and working for just over a week. Speed hovers around the 15Mb/s mark.

However, the Internet connection has ceased twice so far. Comes back if I duck the power to the Hub. All 3 Hub lights are steady and blue when the connection has failed.

I can access the Hub via its IP Address, but don't know how to get at the diagnostics. Have not loaded the supplied CD as I did't want McAffee.

Any clues or have I a flakey Hub?
