Hengoed Exchange - Cabinet check? help?

Hi im on the Hengoed exchange and its FTTC enabled but BT website says i cant get fibre - so i assume local cabinet is not connected? Can someone help and tell me which cabinet is my cabinet and if its likely to get connectec? My postcode is CF82 6GT.
