Not sure if this is the right place to post. BT engineer tells me that my cabinet is enabled, but the BT checker says that I can't order it for my line........Any ideas why?

Sorry, you're not currently able to get BT Infinity. This may be because your area has not been enabled yet, or your individual line does not support super-fast broadband. Register your interest and we'll let you know if this changes

Hi your postcode on the December 2011 spreadhsheet comes back with this

100% of the lines on your postcode go to cabinet 2 but it was not planned to be enabled back in December 2011, one of the isps with the April 2012 spreadsheet may be able to see if the cabinet has been planned.
